Pukekohe Flying Group

The Flying Group is based at Pukekohe East airstrip just east (as the name suggests) of Pukekohe.   The strip is one-way, with takeoffs toward the west and landing toward the east.   

The strip is just under 600 metres long, which, coupled with a generous downslope for takeoff and upslope for landing, means more than adequate field length for takeoff and landing, even with reasonable loads.    

The aircraft is hangared and in-ground fuel facilities are available.
